Return-to-Work: Ohio

Ohio is favorable for our Permanently-Restricted RTW Program (for self-insured clients) as well as our Transitional RTW Program.

A brief outline of our RTW process for permanently-restricted Ohio work comp claims is below:

1. Confirmation of referral within 2 hours
2. Workfinders contacts attorney/claimant to schedule initial Return-to-Work Assessment
3. Return-to-Work Assessment created, submitted to all parties
4. RTW program begins
5. All job leads sent to claimant and attorney simultaneously
   

A brief outline of our RTW process for transitional Ohio work comp claims is below:

1. Confirmation of referral within 2 hours
2. Workfinders contacts local charities/non-profits
3. Transitional placement scheduled, all parties notified
4. Follow up on placement same-day
5. Weekly timecard retrieval and reporting
